Where are we in the renewal process?

We’re now in the rezoning phase of the Britannia Renewal and your input is valuable! Rezoning is the process of changing how a property can be used or developed, and is needed before we can begin to implement the Britannia Renewal Master Plan, which was co-created in 2018 by Britannia community members, the City and project partners (Vancouver Park Board, Vancouver School Board, Vancouver Public Library and Britannia Community Services Society).
