I am proud of what I have been able to accomplish so far and am looking forward to see what other memories I will create here.

I have a long history with Britannia. Not only have I lived near it my whole life, but I remember playing in the daycare centre with my siblings and trading snacks with other kids. I remember running through the halls of the school between classes, friendships that have lasted to this day, clumsy school dances, skylight fries, and then walking across the stage at graduation. I remember excitedly accepting the opportunity to work at the Britannia 55+ centre through the Arts and Health Project with the Vancouver Park Board. Since then I have been able to work in many different departments of Britannia Community Centre, while still being a part of wonderful elders programs. I am proud of what I have been able to accomplish so far and am looking forward to see what other memories I will create here.
