Britannia has been an incubator for so many of the creative projects that make this community vital and exciting. Britannia was a key partner for Car Free Vancouver, helping to create street festivals in this neighbourhood and across the City. I’m constantly inspired by the willingness of Britannia to support grass roots projects in their early stages.

This neighbourhood is exploding with young families like ours. My wife, an obstetrician, often jokes that she could carpool home with half of her patients – all the new parents seem to live in Grandview. Britannia has been the centre of life for our family from the beginning. We’ve found so many programs and facilities that we need here. It’s the “one-stop shop” for raising a family.
